Our Board is presently seeking a permanent Chief Executive Officer. In the meantime the role is being filled by Richard Spence.
Jane Roberts, Financial Services Manager
Jane commenced employment with WASSTB in 2002. Jane's previous financial and management experience both in NZ and the UK was in the manufacturing, retail and horticultural sectors. Jane's parents immigrated to NZ in 1960 from Wales. Jane lives in the Hawke's Bay with her husband Chris and their teenaged children Gareth, Liam and Holly.
The Seasons Programme National Co-ordinator: Carol Goldie-Anderson.
Carol has been involved with Growing Through Grief and the Seasons programme since 1997, initially as a volunteer Seasons Companion, followed by 10 years as the Growing Through Grief Coordinator in Tauranga, Her committment now is to training others, and to the development of the work by providing support and advice to coordinators and committees both within the Diocese and nationally.

Early Childhood Practice Managers: Susi Shaw and Cherie Hughes.
The diversity of work of the Early Childhood Practice Managers, which we undertake within a five day a week role, includes pragmatic professional support for managers, working alongside management committees supporting their governance role, organisational oversight and interweaving of new government legislation and initiatives. We are very proud of the professional delivery all our early childhood services are providing in their communities.

Community Development Advisors: Karen Fagan.
Karen advises Managers regarding sound service delivery, and helps them develop and use quality and risk systems; she identifies training opportunities and facilitates informal meetings to discuss common concerns and share resources; she supports new services by providing planning and development advice; and works with the specialist team at WASSTB to resource services with the financial, funding, employment and research expertise they need.
