Our Family and Community Services have grown from a community need identified by a local parish, to an integral part of community support throughout the diocese. We have over 50 people actively involved in our work as we provide a variety of programmes in a variety of settings.
We work with anyone who wants our support and we work alongside other service agencies in our communities.
Our underlying principles are those of empowerment, inclusiveness and strength based practise, believing our role is to use our expertise while respectfully walking alongside those on need.
We have eight family and community services across the diocese.
